A challenge ahead: CloudTalk's Finance Team is growing, and we're looking for a Deal Desk Manager to architect and own the deal-execution process.



This is a founding role within the function. We need a senior professional who has the experience to build the Deal Desk from scratch and the "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude to manage the day-to-day operations. You will be the critical bridge between Sales, RevOps, and Finance, ensuring our growth is backed by operational excellence and clean data.
Responsibilities
- Build the Blueprint - You will define the workflows, approval matrices, and "rules of engagement" for how deals are structured and closed
- Guard Revenue Integrity - You'll ensure that every contract signed is commercially sound, properly documented, and ready for seamless billing
- Drive System Order - You will be the primary person responsible for ensuring our CRM and Billing data is 100% accurate, eliminating the "fix it later" culture
