What You Will Be Responsible For

- Create Inspiring Assortments: You develop assortment strategies that balance consumer demand, market trends, brand identity, and financial goals.
- Collaborate with Design: You work closely with Design, identify product opportunities, and actively influence development.
- Drive Vendor Success: You lead supplier negotiations, secure the best costs, margins, quality, and delivery terms, and build strategic partnerships.
- Optimize Performance: You manage drop strategies, product lifecycles, and inventory, while analyzing sales performance and market trends to make data-driven adjustments in real time.
