Base pay range

€22,249 gross/year (38.5 h/week, full‑time contract Monday–Sunday with 2 days off per week)

Job Responsibilities
- Understand and identify customer needs as a customer support advisor for Booking.
- Listen, respond, and mediate between international travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements via email and phone, following established processes.

Requirements
- Norwegian C2 level and English C1 level (or higher).
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer‑savvy (Office 365, CRM database, and other internal platforms).
- A problem‑solving, solution‑driven mindset.
- Positive, motivated mindset for dealing with tricky customer issues.
- Goal‑oriented work approach.

- Experience in customer service or contact‑center environments is valued.
