The Role & Its Responsibilities
We need a structured, mechanically minded problem-solver to own the product support journey across our entire multi-brand portfolio. Your day-to-day will be highly interactive, and you'll have clear targets to hit:
- Master the Technical Helpdesk (Objective: Absolute Query Resolution): Run our HubSpot email and ticketing platform like a pro. You'll decode complex product compatibility, guide buyers through technical schematics, and navigate post-sale warranty or mechanical troubleshooting steps with zero hiccups.
- Proactive Community & Order Alignment (Objective: Reputation & Retention): Don't just wait for questions. Reach out to high-value buyers beforehand to clarify complex technical orders, track high-priority mechanical cases, and manage feedback loops on platforms like Trustp
