We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Global Sr. Accountant Coordinator to support our Integral Accounting team in day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and process improvement initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency across our international entities.

Key Responsibilities
- Group Reporting & Consolidation: Support the preparation and review of consolidated financial information for the Group, ensuring consistency of accounting practices across entities and alignment with IFRS and local GAAP requirements.
- Financial Close & Balance Sheet Integrity: Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, reviewing key balance sheet accounts including intercompany balances, inventory,



and working capital accounts to ensure proper reconciliation and data integrity.
- International Accounting Coordination: Collaborate with accounting teams across different regions (including the U.S., India, Colombia, and Europe) to resolve accounting issues, align reporting practices, and ensure timely submission of financial information.
- Audit & Compliance Support: Prepare documentation and financial information required for external audits and support the resolution of audit queries related to group accounting matters.
- Systems & Process Improvement: Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations and process standardization projects aimed at improving efficiency, automation, and data quality across the Group.
