- Budget Tracking and Control
- Perform daily and monthly tracking of the IT department's budget, ensuring accurate expense allocation and alignment with forecasts.
- Collaborate in the preparation of periodic financial reports for management, highlighting deviations and trends.
- Procurement and Contract Management (POs and Vendors):
- Manage the complete Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, from request and creation to follow-up and closure, ensuring adherence to internal processes.
- Process and track contracts with IT vendors. You maintain and update the contract database and monitor renewal and expiration dates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative communication with vendors, ensuring smooth invoicing and contractual service delivery.
