ABOUT THE ROLE

At DM Properties Knight Frank, we are looking for a creative, proactive and visually minded Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our marketing team.

You will play an active role in creating, adapting and publishing content across our communication channels. We are looking for someone with strong creative judgement, a well-developed visual culture and the ability to recognise what makes content relevant, visually compelling and appropriate for a premium brand.

We value curiosity, visual awareness and creative thinking as much as technical skills. We are looking for someone who enjoys developing ideas and creating thoughtful, high-quality content that strengthens our brand.

You should have a strong eye for design, confidence using digital tools and hands-on experience with social media, graphic design, photography, video and online content. You should be able not only to produce content, but also to select the right images, layouts, references and visual treatments for each project.

Working closely with the Marketing Director,



you will manage a variety of projects independently. These will range from preparing newsletters and adapting presentations to publishing website content, creating social media assets and producing simple photo and video content.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys variety, has strong visual instincts and wants to contribute ideas to an established luxury real estate brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take an active role in planning, coordinating and delivering the company’s marketing activities.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas that strengthen the brand across its digital and offline channels.
- Design and adapt digital and print marketing materials, including social media assets, brochures, signage, magazine advertisements and presentations.
- Create and adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
