Job Description

As part of the Hospitality Operations team, you will:
- Oversee and maintain a portfolio of properties across the East region of Spain.
- Support the operational management of our East region portfolio, ensuring all properties meet Limehome’s quality and performance standards.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations to guarantee the proper functionality of our apartments and long‑term guest satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and guest feedback to help drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and support on‑site employees across your region, ensuring they maintain properties up to standard, handle repairs, maintenance, and improvements effectively, and comply with SLAs and Limehome standards.
- Liaise with internal and external teams (technical providers, contractors, landlords, etc.) to ensure high‑quality and efficient service.
- Work closely with internal management and other stakeholders to align regional goals with company strategy and contractual obligations.
- Participate in pre‑opening and go‑live phases of new properties,



assisting with technical readiness and operational handover.

Job Requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field — or have equivalent professional experience.
- You are fully fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- You bring around 2–3 years of experience in operations, ideally coordinating external partners and handling the day‑to‑day in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in hospitality, facility management, or real estate operations is a strong plus.
- You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- You feel comfortable with conflict resolution and day‑to‑day coordination with landlords, suppliers, or demanding stakeholders.
- You’re ready to take ownership of a large and diverse region, ensuring high performance and smooth operations.
