Your new role
As a Medical Affairs Trainee, you will support the Medical Advisor in a wide variety of scientific and cross‑functional activities within our Psychiatry Business Unit.
You will have the opportunity to learn how Medical Affairs contributes throughout the lifecycle of a medicine, from scientific communication and evidence generation to collaboration with healthcare professionals and internal business teams.
Activities during your internship
- Supporting the review and preparation of scientific and medical materials.
- Assisting in the coordination of medical projects, scientific meetings and educational initiatives.
- Collaborating in literature reviews and scientific evidence gathering.
- Supporting medical information requests and internal knowledge management.
- Contributing to congresses, advisory boards and other medical activities.
- Working closely with colleagues from Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access and Sales in a highly collaborative environment.

You will become part of the Medical Affairs team within our Psychiatry Business Unit in Iberia, working from our Barcelona office in a collaborative, international and science‑driven environment.

What you bring to the team
- Final‑year student or recent graduate in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences or another Life Sciences degree.
