Berrow's marketing generates a strong and consistent flow of qualified client enquiries. This role exists to make sure that flow is met with the discipline and attention it deserves — so no enquiry goes unanswered, no client is left waiting, and every buyer or seller is matched with the right opportunity, whether or not it's currently one of our own listings.

You will own the day-to-day management of our client pipeline, working within an agreed sales process and qualification framework — applying good commercial judgement on priority and fit within that framework, rather than working from a fixed script. You will support our director of sales directly, making sure he arrives at every client conversation and viewing fully prepared, and you will proactively search our partner and co-agency network and the wider market when a client's criteria don't match a current Berrow listing — turning enquiries that would otherwise stall into converted clients.

Beyond the day-to-day, this is a central role within a growing, vertically integrated business,



with genuine potential for personal growth as our sales operation and short- and long-term expansion plans develop. You'll work closely with our architects and interior designers, feeding client and market insight into how projects are positioned and commercialised, so a strong interest in design and property, not just sales, will serve you well here.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring every enquiry is logged, qualified, and contacted within an agreed turnaround time.
- Qualify new leads — gathering relevant information on each buyer or seller and applying agreed criteria to determine priority and next steps.As this role is often a client's first point of contact with Berrow, strong phone-based qualification and communication skills are essential to set the right tone from the outset.
