What you'll do
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments for employees.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Assist with tax filings and reporting requirements relevant to the region.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll data and reconciliations.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing payroll operations in a professional setting.
- Deep understanding of local payroll laws, tax regulations,



and statutory requirements in Mexico.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Proficiency in payroll software and spreadsheet applications for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
