About This Role

We are currently recruiting a Finance Operations Assistant (Data Entry Clerk) based in Madrid.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Review deposits received in Ria bank accounts and accurately record the corresponding transactions in the company's systems.
- Allocate payments to the appropriate external agents and update their account balances.
- Process a high volume of daily financial transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Review payment information and identify discrepancies such as partial payments, duplicate deposits, missing references or allocation issues.
- Escalate inconsistencies to the Accounts Receivable or Credit teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all processed deposits.
- Support the Bank Reconciliation team by reviewing specific deposit
