Fresha in Madrid is seeking an exceptional Account Manager to own relationships with our salon customer base and drive usage of Fresha’s features. You will work independently in a dynamic startup environment and aim to impact growth.
The role focuses on onboarding clients to FreshaPay, meeting monetization KPIs, and collaborating with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless experience from first click onward. Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is essential, with English preferred.
