Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, schedules, resource allocation, and dependencies for successful project completion.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, updating them as necessary to reflect changes and progress.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
- Optimize resource utilization and allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage IT-related risks and vulnerabilities that could impact organizational operations, data, and systems.




- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure proper risk transfer and acceptance.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate IT effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize IT processes.
- Evaluate client satisfaction at least annually, ideally every three months, depending on client needs and commitments.
- Use ProjectV2 application to assess client satisfaction during project reviews.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for IT transformation or change initiatives aligned with organizational goals and vision.
- Create detailed implementation plans, schedules, and milestones to guide the transformation process.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT and business units to ensure IT initiatives align with business needs and priorities.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with IT governance practices.
