About this role
The Learning & Development Advisor partners with the business to drive measurable improvements in recruiter and leadership performance across Iberia. Bringing strong commercial credibility, this role translates business priorities into targeted, practical learning solutions that directly impact productivity, quality, and retention. Working across Spain and Portugal,
the role balances local business needs with global L&D; strategy, ensuring learning is relevant, scalable, and performance-driven.
