Key Responsibilities




- Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
- Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
- Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story. Conduct internal and external teacher audits to ensure high teaching standards.
- Administer quarterly assessments for selected student levels.
- Review and evaluate internal audits, and coordinate external audit processes.
- Plan and manage the academic calendar, including curriculum scheduling and the school year timetable.
- Work in close partnership with the Centre Director to ensure the effective day-to-day management of the school.
- Carry out administrative duties, including communications, fee collection, and invoicing.
- Maintain regular weekly communication with students’ families to provide updates on progress and engagement.
