The role:

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our People team with day-to-day operations, some hiring coordination, internal events, and office management. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants hands‑on exposure across the full range of People functions, while also supporting office operations on a daily basis. You'll be based in the office every day,



supporting both our People processes and the smooth running of the space itself.

This is you:
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR, People Operations, or office management role
- Basic knowledge of Spanish labour relations and payroll processes (you don't need to own the process, but should be comfortable learning it)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize
- Eager for knowledge and curious to learn new things
- Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Passionate about people and providing outstanding employee support
- Fluent Spanish and a very high level of English
- Comfortable being in the office daily and acting as a point of contact for employees and visitors
