The Account Executive Role at AirDNA:

You’ll jump into a fast-growing, high-impact AE role where you’ll own the full sales cycle - from inbound qualification to outbound hustle and closing high-value deals. You’ll be a key player in scaling our customer base in the Property Manager (PM) space across general markets.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
- Win new PM logos globally




- Prospect and qualify leads - build and maintain a high converting pipeline
- Run consultative discovery calls and value-led demos with property managers
- Track market trends in STR and become a go-to expert in the vacation rental space
- Build champions, negotiate pricing, and navigate deals to close, identify and research potential clients within the short-term rental market (build your own lists of STR operators with name and contact details for out-bounding)
- A hunter mentality and a self-starter / highly accountable approach are key to success
- Embrace a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit - identify quick wins and innovate to overcome challenges

We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally full-cycle, with both inbound + outbound experience
- STR or Revenue Management experience (big plus but not required)
- Native-level fluency in English required (Spanish
