This is not just a sales position; it’s an opportunity to directly impact the strategy of Orbea and Orca in a key region. You’ll be the engine behind the development of the specialist channel and the heart of our events.
What will you do to make an impact?
- Manage and grow our customer portfolio through B2B prospecting, strategic negotiation, and full sales cycle management.
- Develop and implement sell-out strategies to drive the success of our partner network.
- Carry out territory planning, sales forecasting,



and local market share analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Organize and lead high-impact brand events across your assigned territory.
- Demonstrate and communicate Orbea's value proposition using strong technical and market-based arguments against local competitors.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals who share your passion for the cycling industry.

What are we looking for?
- A passion for cycling and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the industry, with an established network of contacts in the region and a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
