What does a Partnership Executive do at Busuu?
This role combines Partner Success, Operations, and junior account management, acting as the operational backbone of the Partnerships function. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day partner management while enabling senior team members to focus on commercial growth and strategic initiatives. Over time, you will have the opportunity to manage smaller partnership accounts independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for partner operational requests, coordinating internally with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Finance
- Support onboarding and ongoing execution of partnerships
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports and insights
- Support marketing campaigns and promotion
