Job Summary

The Treasury Transformation Senior Analyst will support the Head of Cash Management in delivering treasury transformation initiatives aimed at improving treasury operations, enhancing liquidity management, optimizing banking structures, and strengthening treasury processes, systems, and controls. This role supports treasury transformation projects from planning through implementation, helping treasury processes become more standardized, automated, and scalable through the effective use of treasury technology, particularly treasury management systems such as Kyriba. Key focus areas include cash management, treasury centralization, cash pooling, bank account rationalization, process automation, and systems integration.





The role requires close collaboration with Treasury, Finance, FP&A;, IT, Accounting, ERP teams, and regional finance teams to support process improvements, system rollouts, data quality enhancements, and adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Transformation Delivery
- Support treasury transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
- Contribute to treasury process improvement projects focused on standardization, automation, and control enhancement.
- Assist in translating business requirements into practical process and system solutions.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues to support timely delivery.
- Support the rollout of treasury operating model enhancements across regions and business units.
