About the Role

As an AI Engineer, you will join the General AI team, designing, developing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable value. Initially focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLM-based applications, you will take solutions from experimentation to production while helping build scalable, enterprise-ready AI capabilities

Responsibilities
- Analyze business challenges and transformation opportunities, translating them into effective AI-driven solutions
- Assess and select the most appropriate AI approach (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI,



Agentic AI or hybrid solutions) for each business use case
- Execute end-to-end AI projects, from discovery, experimentation and prototyping through to production deployment and business adoption
- Design, integrate and deploy scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Support the first wave of business transformation initiatives within Finance, while building reusable AI assets and best practices that can be applied across other business domains
- Ensure AI solutions meet performance, robustness, scalability, security and maintainability requirements
- Deploy AI solutions into production environments and support model monitoring, retraining and lifecycle management
- Adhere to architectural, security and AI governance standards defined by the Global AI Department
