We’re looking for a highly motivated Manager, Platform Success to help our Conferences teams and partners solve critical challenges and get the most out of our technology solutions. As a people leader, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to understand their goals, document requirements, and drive execution of strategy.

What you’ll do:
- Leverage Conferences’ technologies to deliver key experiences and solve critical challenges.
- Interact with conference attendees and Gartner associates onsite to troubleshoot challenges remotely and on location at conferences worldwide.
- Execute high-quality platform configurations with a focus on delivering integral consistency.
- Build trust‑based value‑add relationships with senior leaders.
- Influence and negotiate inbound feature requests through governance with stakeholders.
- Communicate product roadmaps and milestones to stakeholders.
- Prototype early‑stage technology and iterate with business partners to establish feasibility and usability.
- Evaluate SaaS solutions against business requirements, propose,



and deliver roadmaps and execution plans for technology evolution.
- Create, update, and maintain documentation of existing business and technology processes as well as new feature releases.
- Partner with Product Owners and teams to write high‑quality user stories explaining business problems.
- Assess performance and translate information into actionable insights that can be understood and used to drive change.
- Organize and drive complex projects, identify emerging issues, and keep core initiatives on track for completion by scheduled dates.
- Process QA testing and contribute to user‑acceptance testing to uphold and achieve high‑quality, low‑defect product development.

What you’ll need:
- Fluent speaking and writing in English.
- 5–7 years of business analysis and project management experience.
