Job Purpose
The Project Manager (CAPEX) at AD Ports Group, within the Noatum Ports division, is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation and execution of capital projects in Spain. This professional ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the approved business case,



driving operational readiness and seamless transition into live operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Implementation & Execution
- Lead the full implementation cycle from site preparation to operational go-live.
- Ensure all technical, operational, regulatory, and commercial workstreams are properly sequenced and executed.
- Maintain rigorous schedule control, anticipating deviations and activating recovery plans.
- Ensure smooth transitions between project phases and into operations.

Coordination of Consultants & Contractors
- Select, coordinate, and supervise engineering firms, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure clear deliverables, quality control, and contractual compliance.
- Optimize external resources to maximize value and avoid cost overruns.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Operational Readiness
- Mobilize and coordinate internal teams across Engineering, Operations, HSSE, IT, Finance
