About the Job

Your mission is to support and improve our business and product operations through data analysis, process optimization, and hands‑on experimentation. This role is responsible for ensuring operational order, analytical insights, and continuous testing across content, tools, and workflows.

You’ll work closely with the Project Managers, Squad Leads, and you will be trained and mentored by the Business Operations Analyst. The process involves managing tools, analyzing performance, running tests, and structuring information to help teams make better, faster decisions.
