About the role

Actual Talent is currently expanding its international footprint to become a key partner in Engineering talent acquisition and development across Europe.

We support recruitment projects across multiple Engineering domains, including Manufacturing, Industry, Energy, Pharma & Biotech, and Supply Chain & Logistics.

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager – HR Consulting (Engineering) to lead the growth of our Engineering practice in Barcelona.





This role combines business development, client leadership, and team management, within a high-growth HR consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Engineering practice, building long-term client partnerships, and leading a team of consultants toward high performance and impact.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing a strong portfolio of clients within the Engineering sector.
- Driving business development initiatives and expanding key accounts across Spain and Europe.
- Overseeing and supporting recruitment projects for technical, managerial, and executive roles within engineering environments.
- Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a team of consultants to ensure excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.
