Snapland is building the most comprehensive Real Estate Intelligence Platform for Spain - an AI-native, geospatial platform that connects more than 350 official data sources across 8,000+ municipalities with enterprise data and real-world real estate workflows.

We work with a wide variety of real estate organizations, enterprises and leading companies across the Spanish market, helping development, investment, advisory, valuation, asset management and other professional teams make faster and better-informed decisions.

We are now looking for a General Manager & Country Lead for Spain, based in Madrid, to lead the next stage of our growth.

This is not a traditional country manager role. You will take ownership of Snapland Spain’s business strategy and execution - including business development, enterprise sales, customer success, partnerships, operations and the development of our local team.

You will work closely with Snapland’s founders and our product and data teams,



connecting the needs of real estate professionals and organizations with scalable products, AI capabilities and workflows.

We are looking for someone who is eager to push things forward, build a significant business and bring meaningful innovation to the Spanish real estate sector.

The timing is exceptional. We are preparing to launch a completely new, AI-native version of the Snapland platform during September-October, creating a major opportunity to shape both our go-to-market strategy and the development of a new real estate intelligence category in Spain.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 5 years of business development, commercial or growth experience in the Spanish real estate market
- Has experience working with different types of real estate organizations, enterprises and large companies
- Has a strong network and understanding of real estate developers, investors, advisory firms, valuation companies, serv
