Leading Edge Aviation is seeking a People Advisor for our Alhama de Murcia Campus to support recruitment, HR administration, and employee lifecycle activities. You will collaborate with managers, process contracts, and maintain HR records with HiBob, while ensuring compliance and service quality.
The role requires strong Spanish and English communication, 2+ years HR experience, and a proactive, confidential approach in a fast-paced environment. 39 hours per week, on-site at Alhama Campus.
