About The Role





We are launching a new technology-driven lending platform in Spain through the establishment of a regulated EFC. We are looking for a highly hands‑on Senior Underwriter to help shape the Spanish underwriting framework during a critical growth and licensing phase.

This role combines day‑to‑day underwriting expertise with policy development, automation support, portfolio quality oversight and operational scaling.

The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging manual underwriting expertise with scalable automated decisioning strategies suitable for a regulated consumer lending environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Underwriting & Credit Assessment
- Perform complex manual underwriting assessments for consumer lending applications.
- Review affordability, income verification, bank transaction analysis and fraud indicators.
- Assess exceptions and borderline cases outside automated decisioning rules.
