Role Overview
We are looking for a BI Programmer Analyst to join our Corporate Headquarters in Marbella. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into strategic knowledge by designing, developing, and maintaining our Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure. You will ensure high data quality, integrity, and robust modeling through ETL processes and database optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Decision Support: Define, standardize, analyze, and build reports requested by various group departments to support process optimization and strategic decision-making.
- Environment Administration: Manage and integrate data flows across On-premise and Cloud environments,



maintaining high data integrity.
- Data Engineering: Design, build, and maintain Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes to manage data volume efficiently.
- Reporting Migration: Migrate and update existing reports from SAP BusinessObjects to Power BI.
- Dashboard Development: Create interactive control panels and dashboards aligned with the organization’s key KPIs to track business performance.
- System Maintenance: Optimize the current catalog of reports to guarantee continuous availability and performance.
- Data Governance: Ensure data consistency, quality, and complete traceability across systems.

Requirements & Qualifications
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields; OR Higher Vocational Training (Grado Superior) in IT with a postgraduate/specialization in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools.
