About the Role:

As a Senior Strategic Procurement Manager, you will act as a bridge between technology and business, ensuring digital tools and processes are effectively implemented and aligned with strategic goals. You will lead procurement activities across a range of categories, developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and supporting integral procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Category Strategy & Leadership (Core): Lead and manage significant procurement spend. Develop and execute robust 3‑5 year category plans and global sourcing strategies across a portfolio of airlines.
- Digital & Efficiency: Act as a bridge between business needs and technology, ensuring that digital procurement tools are optimised, supported, and aligned with strategic goals.




- Senior Stakeholder Management: Act as the single point of contact for senior executives across various airlines, balancing business needs with robust commercial challenge.
- Value & Risk Management: Lead contract negotiation, manage supplier risk, and drive commercial innovation across the supply base.

Requirements:
- Significant senior‑level experience in strategic procurement/category management within a complex, global organization (e.g., in a fast‑moving or agile business).
- Strong demonstrable expertise in contract negotiation and dispute resolution, along with deep knowledge across the full commodity lifecycle.
- Exceptional ability to partner with and influence Senior Leaders and Executives, aligning diverse views and providing clarity amid ambiguity and change.
- Experience managing teams, stakeholders, or projects across multiple countries and cultures.
