About The Role

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality customer support in German, helping customers resolve their inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You'll work in a collaborative international environment where communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction are key priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex cases when necessary.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet quality and performance targets.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Native or near-native German (at least C1f).
Fluent English.
Excellent written communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
