Your Role
As a French-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding support and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
You'll assist customers through different communication channels, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with account-related requests and service questions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Escalate complex cases when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Stay up to date with internal tools, products, and procedures.
Meet quality standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Native or fluent French (C1 level or above).
Good command of English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using computers and online applications.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not essential.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers.
