About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality support to Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll work remotely from Greece while collaborating with an international team committed to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support in Czech via various communication channels.
Handle customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting quality standards.




Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Work independently while contributing to team objectives.

What We're Looking For

Fluent or native-level Czech.
Good command of English.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work remotely from Greece.
Candidates relocating from abroad must be available in Athens seven days before their start date to complete the hiring process.

Salary & Benefits

Gross Salary: €1,200 per month
