Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with international FinTech teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction ratings.
Maintain detailed documentation of user interactions and escalate technical issues to the specialized FinTech product development departments.
Stay up-to-date with evolving digital banking regulations and industry trends to provide the most accurate assistance.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client experience by identifying recurring issues within the payment ecosystem.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position.
