Participate in regular team briefings to stay updated on Dutch healthcare insurance policies and regulatory changes.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Professional experience in customer support or administrative healthcare services is highly advantageous.
