Job description
We are looking for a Graphic Packaging Manager/ Artwork Project manager to join our onsite team and support one of the world's most recognised beverage brands. In this role, you will coordinate packaging artwork projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of graphic assets from briefing through to final artwork approval.
Acting as the link between marketing teams, artwork studios and production partners, you will help drive quality, consistency and operational excellence across a diverse packaging portfolio.



The ideal candidate will bring experience in FMCG packaging, artwork management or graphic production, together with a strong understanding of packaging workflows and print production processes.

Key responsibilities:
Coordinate the artwork production between our team and clients
Follow-up of the production and deadlines, manage and coordinate projects, and be responsible for the On-time & On-quality delivery
Be responsible for the development and execution of packaging ranges
Perform quality control
Support teams and provide training to new members of our customer teams involved in the artwork process
Drive continuous improvement pipeline for artwork process and ensure alignment with general artwork process
Be the guardian of brand guidelines
Build, maintain and develop effective & positive working relationships, and wider supply chain becoming a trusted advisor and enabling first class service.
