Performance & Repair Manager

We're looking for a Local Business Performance & Repair Manager to join a global SecurityTech leader and drive service performance across Europe and Latin America.

This is a strategic regional role where you'll connect local operations with global performance objectives, ensuring repair and service activities meet customer commitments, operational targets, and governance standards. You'll work closely with international teams, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize processes, improve service quality, and drive operational excellence across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive end-to-end operational performance across Service Backbone Operations, including Repair Services, Spare Parts Management, Order Management, Hardware Product Quality, and general service operations.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, backlog levels, quality metrics, and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Act as the primary interface between the EU–LATAM region and General Performance Management,



representing the region in global governance and performance forums.
• Lead regional performance reviews, ensuring alignment with global standards, customer commitments, and business priorities.
• Define, coordinate, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) alongside service owners, IT teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee repair operations governance, including backlog prioritization, scheduling, escalation management, and repair quality.
• Optimize repair turnaround time from customer incident through final resolution.
• Ensure spare parts availability, inventory optimization, and operational continuity across the region.
