Role Overview
This is an exciting international opportunity for an experienced sales performance, business development, or sales enablement professional to play a key role in implementing our Go-to-Market strategy across our European markets.

Reporting directly to the Group Existing Customer Growth Director, you will work hands-on with Account Management (AM) and Key Account Management (KAM) teams. You will spend focused periods in selected European markets to build momentum, strengthen sales disciplines, and accelerate performance in the field.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Management in the Field: Support selected AM/KAM teams on-site in a high-intensity format (2–3 weeks dedicated per market) to drive the adoption of our targeted activity system.




Real-time Coaching & Leadership: Lead daily team check-ins, establish daily expectations, and provide hands-on coaching to sales team leaders and representatives to improve conversion.
Data-Driven Insights: Combine CRM data, performance dashboards (Power BI), and real-world field observation to identify drivers and constraints in conversion and sales performance.
Cross-Market Best Practices: Codify weekly insights and share best practices across European markets to drive a continuous learning and high-performance culture.

What We Are Looking For
Proven track record in sales performance, business development, or sales enablement roles.
Solid understanding of account growth, sales activity, and conversion metrics.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in CRM systems and Power BI performance dashboards.
