As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Planner to join our team and support the successful delivery of complex construction projects.
The Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining and monitoring detailed project programmes throughout the full project lifecycle.
Working closely with the Project Manager,
Construction Manager, Package Managers, subcontractors and the wider project team, the Planner ensures that design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities are effectively planned, monitored and coordinated to achieve project milestones and contractual completion dates.
This role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6, advanced analytical skills and excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and project controls.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and update integrated project programmes using Primavera P6.
Prepare baseline programmes aligned with contractual requirements and project execution strategies.
Develop construction, procurement and commissioning schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress against the approved baseline programme.
Identify critical path activities, programme risks, delays and opportunities for recovery.
