Main Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis.
Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
Provide effort estimations for projects.
Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to the fulfillment of project objectives.
Analyze and improve application performance.
Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements.
Comply with the agreed software quality standards set by Omega's Technical Management.
Generate functional documentation for completed projects.
Collaborate within Omega's community of practice by sharing knowledge.

Requirements & Experience





+5 years of proven hands-on experience working in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, acting as a key point of contact to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions, working in coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Core Cloud Knowledge: Solid, proven experience working with different Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community).
Methodology: Strong experience working under Agile methodology frameworks.
Language Skills: Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.

Desirable / Value-Add Skills (Pluses)

Experience in Business or Process consulting is a plus.
Experience or exposure to other Salesforce ecosystem Clouds is highly welcome.
