HR & BACK OFFICE MANAGER

FERA Group is looking for a hands-on, highly organised and solution-oriented HR & Back Office Manager to join our team.
We are an entrepreneurial, owner-led hospitality group operating FERA Palma and YARA Puerto Portals, with a team of up to 90 employees during high season.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 administrative role. You will work directly with the owners, take responsibility and help keep the people and organisation behind our restaurants running smoothly.

YOUR ROLE
• Coordinate day-to-day HR and employee administration
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate employment contracts, holidays, absences and employee documentation
• Liaise with payroll, labour advisors and other external partners
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure HR documentation is properly organised
• Support managers with day-to-day employee and HR matters
• Manage general back-office administration across the group
• Support the owners with operational and administrative projects




• Follow up on tasks and ensure agreed actions are completed
• Identify problems early and proactively find practical solutions
• Help improve internal processes, workflows and efficiency
• Use AI and digital tools to simplify administration and improve productivity
YOUR PROFILE
• Fluent Spanish is essential — Spanish is the principal working language for day-to-day employee communication
• Good working English is required; German or other languages are an advantage
• Previous experience in HR, people administration or a comparable operational role
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Confident working with digital systems and administrative tools
• AI-interested and digitally savvy
• Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential employee and company information
• Positive, practical and solution-oriented
• Independent, proactive and comfortable taking owne
