Scope
The Manager/Sr. Manager, Marketing Events leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of PSA BDP’s global events program, including industry trade shows, customer summits, roundtables, webinars, and other hosted experiences.

Reporting to the Director,



Brand Experience, this role leads the Events team and partners with Marketing, Sales, Product, Regional Leadership, Procurement, Creative Services, and external vendors. The position is responsible for delivering high-quality events that strengthen customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and elevate the PSA BDP brand.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual general trade show and customer event plan.
Manage event budgets, forecasting, schedules, vendors, contracts, sponsorships, and exhibitor opportunities.
Oversee all event logistics, including venues, registration, food and beverage, audiovisual production, shipping, booth installation, and lead on-site operations.
Partner with Creative Services to develop booth graphics, collateral, digital assets, giveaways, and attendee engagement experiences.
Coordinate event staffing, speakers, agendas, attendee communications,
