More Than a Role
We don’t just need a Junior Customer Success Manager — we need a relationship builder and strategic advisor. We’re looking for someone who gets their energy from building trusted partnerships, navigating complexity, and driving long-term impact within high-value accounts, while keeping a sharp, analytical focus on how their work delivers real business impact.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You’ll be at the center of it all —supporting account strategy, driving proactive engagement,



and influencing customer outcomes — ensuring everything you touch is data-informed, relationship-driven, and commercially aligned with our wider goals.

You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product teams, bringing everything together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board.
Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity
As a Junior CSM, you will:
● Own and support the success of a high-value client portfolio
● Drive structured account planning and proactive engagement, identifying risks and expansion opportunities
● Manage executive-level stakeholders and complex multi-country setups
● Monitor account health and metrics, ensuring long-term growth and retention
● Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to resolve escalations and optimize the client experience
