We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Back Office Specialist to join our team in Malaga (on-site) and work on an exciting project within the medical and healthcare industry.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with digital tools, and interested in developing professional experience within the healthcare sector.
You will work mainly behind the scenes, managing information, processing requests, updating systems, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure that processes are completed accurately and on time.

What you will do in this role
As a Dutch-speaking Back Office Specialist,



you will:
Provide back office and administrative support for a project within the medical and healthcare industry.
Process and manage service-related requests accurately and efficiently.
Review, validate, and update customer and case information in internal systems.
Handle written communications and documentation related to operational requests when required.
Ensure all information is correctly recorded and maintained in the relevant CRM and internal systems.
Follow established processes, procedures, and quality guidelines.
Coordinate with internal departments and specialized teams when additional information or support is required.
Monitor pending cases and follow up to ensure requests are completed within agreed timelines.
Identify inconsistencies, recurring issues, or process-related challenges and escalate them to the appropriate team.
