PMO Analyst
- Location: Barcelona (L'Hospitalet de Llobregat), hybrid (2 days WFH/week)

AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?
As PMO Analyst, you'll act as the key organiser and navigator behind major IT programmes and company initiatives, providing governance, reporting, data analysis, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth project delivery.




- Audit project plans and processes to ensure compliance with project management standards
- Provide governance, methodology, and administrative support across both Waterfall and Agile project teams
- Track the departmental budget and consolidate multi-source budget data into clear Excel reports
- Manage all vendor contracts, maintain contractor logs, oversee PO processes, and track renewal schedules
- Administer Atlassian Jira, managing accesses, governance, and space creation for the development team
- Maintain and structure the departmental SharePoint workspace, user accesses, and document repository
- Prepare portfolio dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, and capacity tracking against active contracts
- Assist Project Managers with baseline management, schedule updates, progress monitoring, and RAID log maintenance
- Provide direct administrative and executive support to department leadership, including calendar c
