Job Description




We have an exciting opportunity for a Packing & Warehouse Manager to join our new Ballarat site, leading all packing, warehouse, inventory, logistics and dispatch activities, ensuring products move efficiently from production through to customer delivery. This is a hands‑on role and a key member of the site leadership team. As one of the first leaders in this area, you will have the opportunity to shape systems, processes and ways of working from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all packing, warehousing, dispatch and inventory management activities
- Develop, coach and lead a high‑performing team while fostering a strong safety, quality and continuous improvement culture
- Participate in business reviews and ongoing performance discussions with transport and logistics providers
- Execute the weekly packing plan to achieve good OEE output
- Build strong relationships with commercial, customer service, planning an
