Since 2004 in Fragrance Science we create, produce and export all over the world our fragrances for their application in detergents, home care products, cosmetics and fine perfumery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily laboratory activities and prioritize tasks.
- Lead and support the laboratory team, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
- Operate the Roxane robot and ensure it is functioning properly. ( be in constant contact with the robot manufacturer)
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure all laboratory raw materials meet quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain raw material inventory.
- Coordinate problem resolution with the QC support team
- Track and report laboratory KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus.
