At GFT, we're teaming up with DKB Group to launch a tech hub in Valencia, focused on developing sustainable, next-generation software. Technical and Functional Analysis: Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications, ensuring proper understanding by the development team.
Collaboration with the Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between business requirements and project deliverables, driving clear communication and prioritization.
Accompany the technical team throughout the entire project lifecycle, addressing functional or technical questions and ensuring correct implementation of requirements.
System and Architecture Analysis: Create and maintain technical and functional documentation (diagrams, data flows, specifications).
Active Participation in Scrum: Take part in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, retrospectives), contributing to requirement clarity and prioritization.
Quality and Best Practices:



Promote good analysis, design, and documentation practices within the team to enhance efficiency and traceability.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or project management are preferred.
Fluency in English (at least B2). Fluency in German is preferred.
Ability to understand integrations, data flows, and API specifications.
Experience with Scrum, actively participating in ceremonies and defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
At least 2‑4 years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong background in agile environments.
Proficiency in understanding APIs and data integration, with the ability to analyze and leverage data to inform business decisions.
Business process analysis and visualization of requirements.
Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies
