Amazon Fresh Spain is looking for a Marketing Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract) to drive go-to-market execution and in-store merchandising strategies. This role is central to how we bring our trade plans, seasonal campaigns, and local partnerships to life for customers. This is a temporary replacement role to cover a maternity leave; the contract duration is estimated at minimum 5 months and may be adjusted depending on the return date of the employee.
The Marketing Specialist will own the end-to-end execution of store-level marketing initiatives — from GTM and trade plan implementation to seasonal events, social media, and store optimisation experimentation. They will coordinate with cross-functional teams including central marketing, brand & design, analytics, and Brand Specialist & Vendor managers, while monitoring store performance and flagging opportunities for improvement.
The person in this role is responsible for segmenting, targeting, and communicating with customers to build awareness,



attract new customers, and improve retention. They will also own Amazon Fresh in-store customer metrics and inform our editorial strategy based on those insights, implementing our brand positioning and tone of voice.
